3rd Cellular Agriculture Conference
8-9 October, 2026
City Hall, Lund
Join us for the third Cellular Agriculture Conference in Lund, Sweden, 8 – 9 October
This is the third edition of the Cellular Agriculture International Conference, following earlier meetings in Helsinki and Aarhus. With each conference, the field has grown rapidly – and so has the need for spaces where researchers from different disciplines can meet, compare results, and discuss where cellular agriculture is advancing.
This year, the conference is hosted by Lund University, in the Lund City Hall. Lund and Skåne is a dynamic region for biotechnology and food research, with strong collaboration between research and industry.
Join us to hear insights and research findings on various themes such as: Engineering microbial cell factories, Raw materials and pretreatment, Fermenting blue biomass, and From reactor to reality.
The conference brings together researchers, industry, and other stakeholders to present recent work and discuss current developments in cellular agriculture. The aim is to enable exchange across disciplines and reflect on the current state of the field.
We hope that you come and share new research results, engage in interdisciplinary dialogues, and connect with other researchers working with cellular agriculture.
